What are the procedures to be followed when you save documents?

Procedures on how to save a document:

If you are already in any of the microsoft office program and you want to save,

• you clickt file on the left side at the edge on top of your page and
• A dialogue box will appear then click to Save As
• Another dialogue box will appear, you will see down File name. you then type the name which you want to save the document with.
• You lasty click on save then close the tab.
