Some careers imply big responsibility and accountability. Such careers are surgeons, or doctors in general, chief executive officers, pilots, ship captains, etc.  In such careers, fear should be a motivating factor to diligence, good  preparation and execution, and care. Whoever decides to take up a certain career should accept the responsibility and accountability that come along with it. One should probe himself from the inside and see if he can shoulder the responsibility and be accountable to others before deciding on a career.

Fear is a trait of someone who lacks confidence, is insecure, and having very low self-esteem.  It would be difficult for a fearful person to move forward in his/her career, unless he/she resolves the issue first and foremost.
