Nice explanation, Zafar your thought is highly strategic. as you said customers are the life of any brand, since a product or brand has a life cycle as a human, it is essential that a product's value is protected in the market. many marketers argue that it costs more to bring new customers than maintain already ones. when customers feel satisfied about a product and are given a fellow up like warrenties it gives them a sense of assurance on the brand's quality assurance. this feeling is greater than marketing because it causes them to repeat purchase, because of satisfaction.
