Good answers given by people... I told people they can do whatever as long as they deliver what is expected of them... I provided flexible work timinings few times (on some important matches)...

we actually get the most out of it! making the fysical year end event on the world cup theme and all the internal communication campagins as well. We even air it on the screens at the guest house and so.  It comes for15 dys every4 years it's better to use it in a possitve way rather than worrying about people skipping work to waatch matches.
