If It means to me, this company is characterised by local cultures and practices, how far this company will meet international stander rules? Will that company be a compliant organisation or will be non-compliant organisation?
i will give you an example which will explain the meaning, coca cola and pepsi are world local companies as they have factories and presence in almost every country.
they are considered local companies that employ local employees ,pays taxes, participates in some fund raising campaigns,....etc.but thaty are still an international company with main head offices in new york for example.
MNC's have tie ups with local companies/maufacturers for getting their goods manufactured locally thus seem to call itself as world's local company. They utlilize all overworld the services of third party manufacturing for their produce. They have negligible stakes in local market with just few multinational companies having their own manufacturing facilities world over they operate locally with just the CFA ,Distributors and Marketing Staff and majority of profts go to the parent company.
Multi-National Companies (MNC's) are companies that operate, own and/or control production/services facilities in multiple countries other than the original home country.
When these companies raise slogan's like "world local company", this could mean many different things
i also agree with Mr. M taib
agreed with mr.taib....
I do agree with Mr.: Mohammed thiab & Mr,: Amer & Mr,: Zafar too
Sounds like a commercial to me... "World's local company" is an MNC having presence in every world jurisdiction acting like a local. Very typical of such MNC is HSBC bank which once characterised itself as World's local bank
Agree with Mr. Mohammed Thiab
