The recruitment process should be fair. Many advertised jobs on Bayt.com has certain nationality and language as their requirements. I believe skills and experience is more important than nationality and language (my personal feeling).
It depens on the situation what is the job requirement to perform better for the specific respnsibilites. However, I belief that HR needs to aviod the racism or nationality to circullate the job advertisement.
Well guys thank you for your comments, I do believe with the issue of getting VISA for some nationalities, it might be not easy to hire some specific nationalities. However, someone giving an excuse of language ( let say some one says you can't speak Hindi) i believe thats being too much racist.
I do believe if you hire the best skills would be very good for your company as well. But if you only hire the people only known to you, then i think the company will never get better than you, because your not taping in new skills which would enhance development.
