What is your biggest challenge?

I have some weakness points that I only know about and I'm always careful so that others can't notice them but they piss me off! I've gotta work on myself and get rid of this weakness.
I have to grow my skills as soon as possible because I have to compete, other than be a complete failure.

The biggest challenge is not to success but to keep up your success.
