How you can enhance students writing and reading skills or all four skills(reading_ writning_listening_speaking ?

The best way to keep up with the above four skills is to keep PRACTISING,,,regulary.

Communication with the chidren regularly in Eng language also helps.

Any language including English, needs practice. The more you practice, the more you learn. 

For the children in school, learning of English becomes easy, if  English is the  only medium of communication and instruction.
