What is Synchronization of generator,where and how it is achieved?

Its. Mean that we will adjust the generators to run one by one on parallel ,

and we can achieve that by fixing the phases and voltage end the frequency .

Parallel of two or more DG with a load bus bar it is called synchronization and is use there load is used in variable form.and we have different ways of power sourses and for synchronization voltage , freq,and phase sequence should be remain same

As soon as90% speed achieved in Alternator AVR get the AVR-Priming i.e generator capable of Voltage-building/ energy transfer capability.Now match the Incoming Bus & Running Bus PT Voltage,Match frequency/Phaseangle/phase sequence of Incoming Bus & Running bus.When all condition become healthy,Synchronoscope will stand on12 O'Clock position & Synchronising Permitted.Close Synchronising Breaker by manually or Automatically.

Synchronising means Transfer of Mechanical Energy into Electrical Power.Now to maintain safe-synchronism there are Different kind of Relays/CT/PT.?AVR-NGR-LAPT-TCP-GRP-DCS & many other things.In case of fault in GRID/In the system, TG will come in Island condition/Trip( Incase of internal Fault). Again, check all associated condition, if fullfills all the condition, resynchronise TG.
