What is the job of the logistics coordinator?

Coordinates inventory of stock and insures product adjustments are properly applied.
Receives, sorts, logs, and distributes all incoming shipments.
Identifies, locates, obtains and arranges for shipment of requested replacement parts.
Arranges warehousing and transportation of products to customers.
May investigate and respond to inquires regarding distribution and shipping.

1).Maintain the Products Stock, Inbound & Outbound report with accuracy.

2).Arrange deliveries/ distribution on time to the customers as requedsted to avoid KPI failure.

3).Monthly report should be sent to W/H Manager on every month end.

4).Checking the quantity & quality of the shipment as per the PL and stacking the stock in serialized bin 

     location.

5).Perform regular (weekly/ monthly & quaterly) inventories.

6).Pick/Pull out the requested items as per the consignee ,pack and handover to delivery team with 

     Delivery Note to be returned back after signed by consignee.

7). Proper filing of each inbound & Outbound opertaions effected.

8). Supervising staffs in offloading the goods from the origin inside the W/H & keeping inline all the

      safty measures are applied.

 

 

 

 

 

COMPETENT MATERIAL COORDINATOR

 

·         Execute material management procedures by establish chart of deliverables process.

·         Have a thorough knowledge of the work plan and schedule against material needs.

·         Ensure correct staging of all material assigned to project, inspection on readiness of project materials.

·         Execute plan with Vendors and Suppliers to return unused materials and goods to a pre-defined location and then inventoried.

·         Ensure materials purchased meet client/project/engineering specification.

·         Coordination Work and support expediting to enhance monitoring work of sub- contractor and project materials.

·         Authorizes to capture related issue of expediting work and control it with the best manner by engage budget of project, contractual, urgency, PMT, Company, Client approval, religion and Law of the country.

·         Conduct random field quantity survey of material receipts, as directed and dealing with vendor/ supplier to resolve on route of deliverables.

·         Work with Execution Coordinator, Supervisor, Planner and/or Purchasing on Change Orders requiring materials and the delivery requirements.

·         Implement and monitor material movement process for turnarounds/projects.

v  Bridge and streamlining the requisition process, mode of delivery and movement of goods pursue internal and external bargaining process.

v  Records and maintains perpetual document on soft or hard copy of requisition order and deliverable accepted.

v  Knowledge on SAP ECC6 system, implemented by Company to display and preview of release PR, PO, vendor, physical inventory document and the enhancement of Procedure Material Tracking.

v  Analytics’ with good interpersonal skill to resolve issues of movement and route mapping of delivery and to reduce cost and time and achieve company target and client achievement.

Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations.
Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
Reviews inventory position daily and weekly against outstanding orders and sales forecasts and takes action to expedite inbound shipments to meet customer demands.
Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory finished goods and raw materials and Provide reports to internal and external customers as required.
Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits.
Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
Re-routes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize costs Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements.
