For degree holders vs none degree holders
We graduated from our schools to have the experiance, if you can have it without school, then you don't need to graduate
Employers believe that candidates with degrees possess more hard and soft skills than non-degreed candidates. While the range of “hard” skills varied by field, the desired soft skills were generally the same across the board. However, at the same time, employers also admit that possessing a college degree does not guarantee that a candidate will be any better at the job than someone without a degree. But I think that education is very important to get a good job and advance in your career.
Undoubtedly education evaluates the inner power of a human being but experience makes a man perfect .Education provides knowledge but experience evokes implementation of knowledge.
Hence Considering these all i must evaluate an experienced professional much more than an in experienced graduate
I will feel honor to work with undergraduate with experience it would make me perfect soon in my profession such as Higher Education + Experience = Perfection
There are two types of workers in d word. One is hard worker and another one is smart worker. Graduation gives only communication and interpersonal skills. Also you can find neatness when skilled graduate did a work. Experienced undergraduate can do better but with no new technologies or new upgrades compare with skilled graduates.
Both are complement for each other to build a successful project.
Each has its own role to start with. The graduate with no practical experience can add to the project by his knowledge gained from studies, and the undergraduate has a complete understand of market needs.
