When I have earned a customer ethically just by the dint of my good quality product augmented with persuation,knowledge followup and hardwork,this customer is taken away or falls prey to a unethical person or company who offer him a sub standard product with high baits or discounts.
The Point here is not losing sales but losing customer whom you have created to a Person who is incompetent with no religion or ethics.
i don't think i hate anything about it.if i did i would find another field.

Nothing really. In sales we come across with various clients who ask various things/comment not related to the product we offer but we tackle & get them to our point
Setting unrealistic targets. Organisation needs to be fair with the employees, give a realistic targets and push them towards achieving those targets
Failing on commitments.
- When your efforts get blocked due to internal processes or procedures.
- When your company (managers...) force you to break promises you made to a customer.
- When a cutomer goes around directly to your manager to get a better offer and your manager gives them that with consulting you.
