Both Oracle Identity Manager(OIM) and Oracle Waveset (OW) address a wide-range of enterprise level user provisioning and administration tools.
OW follows MVC architecture for its various interfaces, Admin Interface, User Interface, Debug Interface (for Maintenance) OIM follows Web2.0 technology for its interfaces , Self Services Interfaces, Administrator Console and Advanced Administrator Console.
It uses Oracle JDeveloper as the IDE tool for developing and deploying workflow objects.
