Why employee goes to resign from his or her position?

An employee will most probable resign if:

• He is unsatisfied with the current C&B structure.
• He feels that his job is not secure in any/ or some way.
• His grievience was not handled properly.
• He has been a victim of prejudice or favoritism and was deprived of his right/ s.
• the career growth opportunities are insufficient at the org.
• Working conditions are not satisfactory.

Always looking for the best employee and the work environment, I think, whenever provide material and labor environment will not be forced to provide the employee to resign
