I think that the employee who received a Master of Business Administration and is a practitioner of the profession is much better to combine science and experience, which makes it more art in dealing with others and this is a particular administration
I think one cannot answer this in one word either by say "YES" or "NO", So i want to share my views little extensively. If you are looking for a freshers then it will be a good idea to go with MBA graduates but for intermediate level i don't think it is a fair idea to be strict with MBA. As we all know that one must be good in both theoretical and practical knowledge to achieve and reach good heights so i guess it depends on how you apply yourselves accordingly the situation.
It depends on the job. However, the skillset provided by the MBA are attainable through proper training. However, having an MBA can be referenced as having a brand that tell hiring managers that you have those skillsets without the need for training from their end. Comparing MBA with non MBAs by be an all alone factor but if both skillsets were exactly equal and the degree is the only difference. Then one would be more marketable to employers than the other.
