there is a big difference between self confidence and being stubborn
When he/she steel or lie to me
As much as possible I try to be objective although points are given to proper gromming ,applicants should have an average communication skill in terms of ability to explain his opinions but if an applicant is showing over self confidence to the point he project himself negatively, then sorry no matter how good he/she is if such attitude is revealed I do not think twice but I will reject his/her application.
When you find him overconfident and not open to learning and development besides other core issues like lack of required skill set, competency, qualification etc
- If i observe no any improvement after many explanations.
- If he turns deaf ear to my directions.
