First we all admit that smokes MUST be in restricted area in order not to let others being affected by a lot of diseases , but we also MUST honest with ourself before other , meaning he / she smokes it doesn't mean we should kills that person by more money rather than they already paid for smoking, we have to help them to Quit and have merci but putting rules to let them at least slow down even we can't make then Quite.

Insurer should charge premium from insured according to the chances of loss or risk availabilty. Chances of death for a smoker is more then Insurer will charge high premium. Actually Insurance companies provide compansation according to be premium paid.

It is a great concern to me because who are the smokers they spend at least01 hour everyday outside of the office premises. For example, if your office has set standard work08 hours for every day. However, organization will get contribution for07 hours from smoker employees.

Yes! I wouldn't have minded it when I was a smoker myself.

It's a great way to both combat a bad habit and rootout a great evil to people's health and at the same time a fair way to "reward" people who take care of their health and "penalize" others who are careless towards it, at the collecgtive expense of premium payers.

Yes, that should be implemented. Like personal insurance plans, group insurance plans should also start charging higher premiums if smokers are included. There is increased cost on employer due to increased premiums. However, employers can pass this burdedn on to those employees who are smokers.
