Hi Dana, Export documents means the documents prepared and/or processed by Exporter for dispatch to Importer for necessary customs clearance.
Normally it consists of Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading for Sea Shipment and Air Way Bill for air shipment.
Besides this some other documents also involved as per commodity.
Certificate of Origin also demanded by the consignee or importer for clearance purpose to check that import is made from a law abiding country and not a banned country.
