In my country Nigeria, we have been able to implement ESHIA by using these two approaches 'Mitigation' and Monitoring approach because we realised both Social Impact Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment overlapped and are interrelated. It is by integrating them as one that we can cover a multitude of aspects.
