The battle will be on the food defense, where Food defense is putting measures in place that reduce the chances of the food supply from becoming intentionally contaminated using a variety of chemicals, biological agents or other harmful substances by people who want to do us harm.
The battle will be for economic/scarce resources. Food is not scarce because the more we work on land the more we get and human is trying to produce now in big qualitty not because they only culitvate huge amount of land but they made lands productive, they brought technology and mechanized farm systems. So the problem is not with lack of food but with equal distribution. Suppose in some countries we have too much wheat whcih is thrown to ocean while in other people are starving. So the problem rests again with with equal distribution and access to staple food.
Just for your info, we work to eat and eat to survive. Only our surplus goes to others or is wasted.
