As far as I am concerned, every employee has the capacity and potential to do more, how this potential is achieved is down to sound management, making the right call when opportunities arise and always, always ensuring that the employee not only knows his current value, but to be aware that the possibility of advancement exists for those who are prepared to work hard for it.  Again and as always, motivation is the key to maximum performance.

Salah is very much important part of Islam, it will really effect employee's mentally and due to this he cannot give a positive result to employer, and being a Muslim, Roza is also very much important part of Islam, So employer should keep flexibly for this

It's usual, its a way of showing respect to our fellow men so it should be followed for the good.

Yes, it would affect. Employers should create conducive atmosphere in order to accommodate the wants of their employees. Due consideration should be given to the ways and values of employees in an organization. Any employer requires the job is to be done according to his target goals. He can accomplish the goals through the employees he hires. Employees would carry out their duties whether their wants are satisfied or not. In order to have efficient and happy employees, an employer has an obligation to fulfill by designing a work atmosphere where employees are treated fairly.
