Sales Manager is not only concern about meeting the sales target of his/her team, but to also monitor and supervise their day to day work. Having to evaluate the sales personnel farely would require a standard evaluation creteria which needs to be discussed with them prior to implementation. As it will be their standard basis and motivation, and with the aid if the creteria the sales personnel will be able to pre-evaluate themselves. In addition the sales manager would always fill-in the necessary skills needed for his team's improvement through coaching or one to one evaluation.
To assess the staff's opinion there is more than one step:
* Know people well.
* Monitored during the presence of the office and how to treat them with team work.
* Discuss possible staff to deal with them. Accountant, secretary of the warehouse.
* Field visit with each delegate.
* Achieving the goal of the month.
* New ideas according to the workflow
