To minimize the turnover rate the HR manager must first of all conduct exit interviews with the employees leaving the organization, try to understand the main cause of the increasing turnover rate and as per requirement:

  • Improve the current C&B strucute as needed.
  • Assure the employee of job security.
  • Provide better chances of career developement.
  • Eradicate favoritism and prejudice.
  • Improve grienvience handle procedures.
