How can you publish your book in good quality print and production and gain good distribution and support from the publisher, in Egypt?

In Egypt, it's very hard to gain support from publishers. You either go through a lot of bureaucracy and get published - or not - in a year; or you pay to get published and that's all the support you're getting with all benefits for the publisher and no profit finally getting to the authors. Bad distribution, no marketing, and no publishing advice whatsoever are all contributing factors to the mess!
