Depends upon the type of angina, whether it is a stable or unstable.

for the acute attack of angina giving Nitrates -glyceryl  trinitrate (GTN) is well and good after the attack should be on Nitrate-B-blocker compensatory drug management, as Nitrate will have Drug tolerance

and to treat the angina the patient should be  prescribed with anti-cholesterol drugs like Statins and advice to take High Anti-Oxidant foods

The treatment of angina pectoris: 

Stop smoking. 

Refrain from drinking alcohol. 

Lose excess weight. 

Diet and reduce fat, especially saturated. 

Regular exercise. 

Good control of diabetes. 

Good control of blood pressure. 

Relaxation exercise regularly to get rid of the psychological pressure or control 

The use of certain drugs that expand blood vessels acted after reviewing a doctor and taken at the beginning of the pain sensation (such as Alnatroyjlisraad) 

Taking a small dose of aspirin daily. 

See a doctor regularly and follow medical advice 

Some patients need to expand the work of the coronary arteries through a catheter or surgery to switch the arteries healthy ones taken from the thigh.
