How to convince the customer to buy your software even your price is high then others software and also your product is new in the market?

Its difficult for me to sell my software because in UAE have more software those are very cheap and easy and our is expensive and also more difficult when you find customer via telemarketing

Your pricing strategy is very important. If you get your pricing strategy wrong and you may create problems.

 

You can also mention the quality of service you offer and after hour support. Cutomers are not afraid to pay little more if the service is good.

first of all  if you are not convienced that your product has more features and solutions to offer than other cheap or competing softwares,i believe you will never succeed in selling this product,after all customers nowdays are smart and well informed.they can see,feel,smill fear from your side.

first of all you must do a software feasability and swot analysis,study to try to better understand your products,its strenghths,weaknesses being priced high,what opportunities would this product capture or has and what kind of threats other products are posing on or against your product.,

if after all this you still can't find or determine your product/software hidden value,opportunities and strengths,stop trying to waste time ,this product from your point of view will be unmarketable .so leave,or better run away.

time is money ,stop wasting time.

Easiest way is to find out the reasons internally for the price set.

Keep exploring until you are convinced about your product and its value for the money.

Then and thereafter you can win the prospective buyer or else your precious effort and time would go waste.

first  you should know what  the unique features of your software has,the distinctive features of your software will click into their mind ,provide demo to the customer ,how to use it. product sales depend on availability,advertisement,user friendly nature.it will good to provide free software available to the customer just for initial advertisement

If your software are stronger you can convince any one , and there is another way to sell this software , and that is to give the custmor all the information about this product and then tell him what he like to add to this product then ask the developer of the software if he can make those added values , that give opportunity for you to sale with higher price , another idea you can give him Advantage of make update to the software for1 year for example ( you must say the truth and nothing except the trouth )

 

If your company developers can't make the software stronger and just want to sale only , that company will loss every thing soon

 

 

So remmber That your Brain And Asking For The right Questions To The Client and The understanding between you and the company Developers Can Make A Big Different

Customers buy the product not the price.what advantages does your product have as compared to others in the market? this is the question you need to ask yourself first.

Next is , who are your customers? is the product meant to serve a particular niche market?

Finally have you employed the7p'sof marketing correctly? e.g is your pricing strategy correct? is the product found at the right place? what channels of distribution are you currently employing?

I think that if you have made a thorough research in finding out and selecting the target market and have lay down the features of your product carefully with the competitive edges your products have, chances of your success are there.  In such a situation the thing you have to stress upon is your competitive edges.  Though you are new in the market but you have developed a software which has the capabilities of removing all the bugs which are plaguing the users of competitors software.  So being new could be your competitive edge.

Focus on the value and spend good quality time studying the competing products and put it in a comparison with your product to show clearly that you can offer more value through your software also highlight that the fact that you are still new in the market that you will give him all what you got to keep him happy because your resources is not exhausted among hundreds or thousands of clients so he will get more quality service in terms of client servicing beside the better features that you will discover after your study the other products very well.

First of all know your product well also know the competitors (top3) product well that similar to you. Identify the "additional Features" that your product has that make your product higher or exceptional than others. Let you explain the benefits of this "additional features" which the cost has been added more. If you can also let the customer knows about the actual cost of those "additional features" . Remember, convince yourself first before you convince others. Be knowledgeable, be confident and be a well presenter to make a successful service.
