Hi,

Shadow copy: (also known as VSS), is a technology included in Microsoft Windows that allows taking manual or automatic backup copies or snapshots of computer files or volumes, even when they are in use and restoring them after delete.

Restore Point:  A restore point is a representation of a stored state of your computer's system files. You can use a restore point to restore your computer's system files to an earlier point in time.

Snapshot:  a snapshot is the state of a system at a particular point in time.

The idea of these definition is all of them are technologies, features or solitions you can use any of them once you have an issue, each one is different.
