I don't understand companies post jobs on their websites and demand experience. But question is how fresh graduate can get this experience without getting job.
It's one of life's great conundrums, how can you break into the "inner circle"? Somewhere along the line people have to be given the opportunity to "gain" experience or life could not go on!! Many companies these days are looking for "potential" and so they will employ graduates not because of what they know now but what they will know having gained the "experience" of working for that particular company, eventually they will move "up the ladder" within the company. When I say "potential", the graduate has already proved that they have the ability to learn and absorb knowledge at a higher level by graduating with a degree!!
Internship is the best for fresh graduates. You may not get the best salary but the whole point of internship is to gain experience and acquire new skills.
Join as volunteer or work for free for organization and you can get expereince which can pay you more which you lost during free work
Pay attention in CV to your age, your university diploma and ask for smaller salary
freshers can't gain experience unless given an opportunity. but even for jobs that specify experience, the chance may be acquired provided the candidate is able to priject additional skills he/she possesses.
By continuous search and unfortunately in Arab countries he has to search by the contacts of Friends and Family members.
One should start looking for the job from the freshman year. If we choose the field of study as our passion to be a professional in that field, we can not wait until graduation to taste the food we have been cooking. Thus, in order to have a foot in the door, companies look at what the graduate has done in the4 Summers in school. Besides, companies recruite for their urgent needs, while as junior assistance jobs, there is more half open doors. Best Hopes.
I think a fresh graduate should be smart enough to know that there isn't going to be a gain without a pain...offering to work in a company as a volunteer when one badly needs money might sound a bit "stupid" but looking beyond the stupidness lies many opportunities which can transform things even faster than expected...
