There are a lot of factors that can enhance employee productivity. However, the most important contributors to it involve a critical position in the upliftment of the relationship between the HR management and the employee. On this account, I personally identify the factors that mainly encourages an employee to work on his best and increase his productivity. These are the following :
1. A clear vision-mission of the company.
2. A very well-defined job description or employee responsibilities.
3. A supportive and facilitative HR & Administrative management.
4. A good and stable compensation and rewards system.
5. A good working environment established with a good management & staff work relationship.
If the above factors are transparently provided by the company, employee satisfaction is expected which would generate an increase in employee productivity benefitting the entire company and its business.
