First best PMT' terms is which you can make it applied after makeing acceptance with both sides the suppliers and companies according to the vision of AP section head and before its cheif accountant as well, meaning we can pending PMT with some suppliers and other cant ,its not matter of days but its matter of handling suppliers according to my company needs, Second I MUST always make AP aging in order to set my suppliers either local or overseas to know which exceeds the limits and MUST be paid , then i can pay partilly in order to let them feels that the payments are keep on going but its matter of time to pay the rest , by sequnece we have other supplier can wait and others can have meeting and make sehcduel of payments , fianlly you and only you of AP section can have the know how for make ratio of paymenst among your suppliers according to your professional veiw as you are the one who know the physical status of each suppliers and the way of dealing them.

Normally a90 days PDC is the best payment term which gives enough roam to support financial needs. We have ample time to cope with the cash flow problems. It is the same always when we should have some balance with our normall / regular suppliers thats in the favour of our bussiness just the thing is supplier should be getting something all the time which keeps him happy.
