What is more motivational at work ? Honor and appreciation or reward and prize?

I believe it differs from a person to another.a good leader should know what motivates each employee and set rewards to meet such individual expectations.

To me most important is recognition with appreciation & honor

1. Honor.

2. Reward.

3. Appreciation.

4. Prize.

Honor & appreciation is the most important to motivate employee in the organisation.

honor and appreciation must be the first and best in motivating people at work place

Honor & appreciation are more important and gives lasting impact on employee motivation.

honor and appreciation are important on motivating the people but base on my experience appreciate appreciation is more effective
