- External Customer's Requirement ( With respect to Fitment , Form & Function )
- Internal Customer's Requirement ( Critical process, COPQ)
It can be measured by following way
- External customer satisfaction : Planned Feedback from Customer , Monitoring Customer Complaints
- Internal Customer satisfaction : Rejection/rework, Run Chart , Pareto Analysis of data
