Yes thats what happens when a young , energetic ,ambitious professional joins Govt. department. he eventually turned out low on productivity and corrupt professional. But a good professional ll try to get out of that system asap.
A bad system will lead to unacceptable practices,which leads to law productivity ,frustration,corruption and low envolvement.
we have been been a victim to such systems sometime along our careers.we have fought the system ,unfortunately confrontations always result in loss of self esteem,surprises,...etc.
anyway we are still standing,we will always keep fighting such systems.

Bad system may destroy a good professional, force him/her to leave somewhere else, or just become careless
Systems are run by people and it can turn good or bad because of people. Thus people have to change and make use of the system to be productive and useful. People can be moulded to use the system effectively to boost their own productivities. Make the system and working environment positive or else you keep loosing people with the tag of ATTITUDE problem.
I dont agree , as i cant see they are bad systems , but its matter the company pick up the wrong system which cant be applied in its operations or even the employee are not have the knowledge of how to use it but worth the employee dont have the willing to learn by sequence its not matter of system but its matter of choose the right one.
i think Bad system cannot destroy Good professionals if a person destroyed by a bad system so he is not a GOOD PROFESSIONAL.
Good Professionals usually change the bad system.
