The answer depends on what channel you prefer. If you're interested in PPC marketing, I would start with the AdWords help center - https://support.google.com/adwords/?hl=en#topic=3119071

 

I would also encourage you to create your own account and get used to how things are setup. Once you get a fair idea of that then you can move on to more advanced techniques by reading up on blogs and other websites. www.ppchero.com is also another great resource.
