Could we please think of this current issue? Why are our learners not creative? How do we solve this problem?

Reconsidered in the curricula of Education

Simply because learning in of itself , for such supposed & so-called learners , is merely a stepping stone , & , a means to an end , & , not the other way around .
In other words , many alleged learners look at the learning process as an instrument to , maybe , land a good paying-job ( Illustrious Career ) , or , to enhance one's social status ( Prestige & Recognition ) , or , simply , for societal bragging & showing off rights & perks ( Degree Holder & being considered an educated person ) , forgetting , or , choosing to forget that learning is , first & foremost , a conduit to an ultimate status of optimal & optimum human knowledge & elevated enlightened humanity .
So , seldom , yet it does exist , that you'd find Knowledge Seekers who'd look at , & , construe the learning process as away of exploring , enhancing & stimulating their God-given talent & full internally inculcated , inscribed & inquisition encrusted human potentials , & , as a tool to spark off , ignite & trigger this vital , crucial & instrumental component that's called CREATIVITY , which , if was completely & utterly taken advantage of , & , allowed to flourish , prosper & thrive , without any hindrance , obstacles or stumbling blocks , would ostensibly & evidently lead to all sorts of innovative & creative outcomes , that would play a major role , if not the deciding & decisive role , in lifting & uplifting the society & community that we all live in .
So , i believe that the solution starts from before enrollment in school ( Parental Motivation ) , to School ( Instilling & Imparting the seeds of Inquisitive Mind-set & Analytical Mentality ) , leading all the way up to Universities ( Developing the Spirit & Concept of Critical Thinking ) , all in conjunction , & , in tandem , & , in parallel , with a Society , & , a State ( As a Sovereign & Ultimate Decider ) that are not shy nor hesitant , reluctant or reticent to stand & call for the seemingly old & archaic ways & means of teaching & learning to be put on the back burner , & , turned over to the ostentatious history book pages , & , commence & embark on the process of penning & inking new revised , re-edited & redacted pages that are predicated on principles , tenets & pillars that are Science-driven , Fact-based , Critical -thinking oriented , that'd lead ultimately & eventually to a generation that's eager for knowledge , ready , & , not afraid to think outside the box & , most importantly , intellectually curious & CREATIVE .
( ...
& That's the way it goes ) .

I'd say lack of motivation to learn.
we're learning for all the wrong reasons.
you wouldn't find someone in our world opening a book that has nothing to do with his/her studies or work just because.
so applying this learning seems useless at the time.
The more we open our minds in different ways of applying this new knowledge, the more our learning will become creative.

-They pick the wrong profession

-The Mentor is lack of motivation

-They didn't touch the heart and mind of the learners in terms of Inspiration

-Lack of Exposure

Not only is it curriculum issue, its a state issue as well. There are religious views and opinions on creativity which knocks out the option of teachers making school fun. Most of the issues faced in the Middle East is old news in UK and USA. They seemed to have figured it out in the80's while Arab countries are still holding on to ancient rules and methods.
