I guess its difficult to stick to one type of leadership throughought , A perfect balance would be a mix of different type as per the situation. Putting the above statement aside , My vote is for
1) Transformational leadership
2) Democratic leadership
Always (( Turst Myself )) meaning may be some time i mistake and i must admit by that and other i am right , as we all lean from our mistakes.
Leadership is not bounded on a prefix style for which we can give our explanations. Infact leadership is the ability to fight, follow, learn, make learn, hard, smooth, professional as per situations. Every kind of management is inserted within the leadership
