Many thanks for your query. The best possible ideas that you can get is from your existing work force who would be in the best possible position to do so. Encourage them and allow space for them to put across their ideas. Appreciate it for their contribution and validate those ideas to pick the valuable ones to implement it on mutual agreement and understanding.

Just open your eyes and look around yourself in your environment because the most people know about the job is the employee in the company so be friendly with them and always asked them about the problem they had and how they could solve them. And made time to the ideas and how could improve the job. All of the people in the company. Like my teacher said the marketing company begin with Broom worker

Make them feel important.
1- You have to answer to yourself first these questions:
Why am I in the market?
What do I want to achieve?
What do I want to be known for when they say my name?
2- Based on the answers for the questions above you start devising your plan, your strategy to achieve the above
3- Once you have a strategy in place you start deciding on the talents you need to achieve these goals and execute your strategy and hence hire the right people to get the job done.
4- Once all the above is achieved, you create a motivational program to make your employees engaged and inspired. To make them share your dreams and hence thrive to achieve them with you. The most important thing is to nurture innovation and creativity. Never block any ideas even if they seem not suitable or far fetched. Encourage everyone to have their input and collect and evaluate ideas all the time. Have a store of ideas that are evaluated and ranked for execution. Make your employees know that it is a company policy to question everything and to always seek improvement. Make them know that it is their duty to think and suggest. Even your very best processes can become better so always respect the innovative employee and encourage him. Have an open door policy that will help employees reach top management to discuss and suggest.
Also have in place a human development program that creates training and coaching programs internal and external to make sure your employees are developing and acquiring new skills and talents all the time so that they can become innovative and come up with new ideas all the time.
