white patches are usually hypomineralised areas.If white patches are small it would be drilled and filled with composite resin. Although the cause of white patch must be identified.

white patches are usually hypo mineralised or demineralised areas. The first line of management would be to facilitate mineralisation/Remineralisation of the area. if there is further progression then a restoration will be required

If the white patches are small and not widely spreaded, it would be drilled and filled with composite resin. But the cause of white paches is generalized body condition or systemic disease, it will be seen the other site of the dentition. So you can consider the multiple jacket crown or Porcelain Laminate Veneers, absolutely it will depend on the size, depth and number etc.
