Coaching is based on the principle that the "specialist" (employee) uses his knowledge and skills to facilitated learning by the learner. This is done by letting the learner explains/ shows/ describes the topic the way the learner understands it, and the coach guides the learner in the correct direction.

Direct manager is the one who decides session and its contents, which helps the performance of the employee type
