Fear is the mental disorder ( a situation created by our human nature for any uncertainity) so the best way is to face the fear, you will loose1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 buyers but the experience which you gain, apply it to the9th one, you will find all the losses has been covered by one buyer only.
If you look for book theory they are out there on google, but what I have wrote is the practical, which I have gone through in my early career, and there was no way to get rid of fear until I faced failures and gained the experinces.
Always keep in mind the great word " NO" which acutally means NEXT OPPORTUNITY
