Analyse your work importance and do wich is major important , if work is not that much important , postpone some  time.Tell your  sale team first ,Leave all of  your activities only concentrate customer service. if your the manager you also attend the customer .

if customer is more ,if you take resposibilty to attend  give service untill  customer need is fullfill. after go next customer . just tell to remining customers  to read our offer broachers.Dont act like quick and speed.Dont run on floor.Give best service one by one in smouth mannaer . if customer is more  then service person tell to customer  requiest to customer to" cooperate us "

I think the best is ((  Listen & Think )) as any call you will take under pressuer without think or have any feed back about it , will lead to un-correct answer , otherwise you MUST take your time , as most of us can't take the correct call on time , but at least you need space to make accurate but i mean space as minutes to think purely enoughy and not hours or days to reach up for the accurate ideal result.

I'd say "Sense of Urgency" towards the customer first becuase at the end of the day he/she is the one to satisfy. Prioritizing our daily responsibilites and eliminating districations such as twitter & soical media while being on the job.
