Customer is always right so we have to be carefull while dealing with them and give them maximum amount of satisfaction by answering their reqest as fast as posible and in suffeciont way.

The best way is to listen to your customer. You only noot provide solutions to the problem but also we can provide options for the customer in that way they will the leverage to choose whats best for them.
