What's more better and why: work accurately or huge tasks or make average between both?

A balance in equilibrium, a balance in equation, a balance in accounting either financial or in engineering, constitutes equality. Taking food without water jeopardizes one's health. Taking only the positive without balancing the negative in polarization such as in magnetism as well as in electricity gain no attraction at all indeed, a matter of repulsion. Either work or equilibrical balance will constitute successful output in all aspects of works. You may take the pessimism to balance optimism in either both ways.

in my opinion, the big challenge is choosing the best employees.

Work should be done correctly within the minimum possible time. Doing the work quickly without considering work requirements and procedures will actulally lead to re-do work which means more time and over budget.

I prefer work accurately keeping in mind "Do less but best"

Genious question indeed! doing multiple tasks incompletly and inaccuratly always takes your double time to recorrect and complete them and causes irritation among your seniors, hence, take one task once and perform it accuratly,,,,

ACCURACY MUST BE THERE IN ANY TASK EITHER HUGE OR SMALL BASED ON THE CAPABILITY OF PERSON OR COMPANY

Quality / cost / time a three pillars to perform tasks and each job would have a different equilibriam point amog the three and acceptable deviations, heart surgent operations, quality would have far higher ranking than office cleaning job.
