I believe each segment of a project needs to run as per project plan to ensure success of a project. However, I believe3 things cannot ever be taken for granted throughout the project life cycle. Project running over budget allocated, Stake holder satisfaction and lastly, time line being met as planned.
These three elements are the frequent issues that can be seen recurring regularly if we look at failed projects.
Also, I would agree with Mr Awad as none of the above is possible without having a team that understands the requirements and is dedicated towards the project.

First i need to make Project plan in order to know how to start and how to reach my project goals on time and accurately basis , also i must take in my caluclation any factors ( Labour / cash / econiomic / etc..)
which my affect my result to reach the project goal , finally i MUST always know how to use the tools i have to reach my goals and if not i MUST public that in order to let the boards or the authorized persons that project cant be applied and of course i must mention the reasons for that, other if i accept it means that i can achivethe project goals.
