First you mean from your question about the Job istelf or our opinoin for the service, however for first as CSR i hink not any one can work as it needs a hard skills MUST be as , meaning what if any customer insult you or angry or speak to you with high tune volume by sequence it needs skills than other people to Join it , SECOND as reciver for the services i thinks its depends on2 factors , first the customers needs , second if customers needs can be solved on time or need time and MUST make follow up with him / her to always lets the customers feel for sure he / she is number1 to the company.
