First i think any one arrange it must say why , for me as below :

B _ to get fixed salary increase to feel that my manager appreciate my work.

A_  to feel that my company apply the concept of reward and Punishment which makes me work more.

C_ as a result of my work then i MUST b promoted according to what achivments i reached to.

D_ according to all the above A & B & C then i must reach for D as all the company need to know.

E_ as if i didnt alreadt have that feeling i won't reach that level and move than others.

Motivation and appreciation are pre-requisites of any healthy workplace

Reason :  Based on D C B and A , E automatically surpasses all the others. 

I would prefer to put self satisfaction instead of self confidence at the top followed by acknowledgement.

Acknowledgment by management & colleagues will automatically increase my Self Confidence. Once, I got motivated, I will be looking for new challenges turns in term of Promotion. To keep me motivated continousely after getting promotion, I will be looking forward for Salary Increment.  Bonus will help me again to exceed the expectation of Management.
