How to avoid Office Politics, and control stalking behaviors of co-workers?

There is no way to stop office politics but they can be avoided to get being involved by just ignoring them and keeping self clam and perfect in work with a proof in written that this work is done by you or why it has not been possible to work. 

I mean to say to you have to be perfect in your work and behaviour.

Else I have not seen anything which can save from office politics.
