Which do you prefer: working with a very difficult boss yet a high paying job or an amiable work environment yet an average paying job?

In my career I got both types of boss. I worked with them by balancing and producing good work. When you are dependable employees, it does not matter who are your boss.

Working hard boss that my increase the knowledge, skill, capacity as well as generate more income

Actually, it's hard to decide because "difficult boss" may vary....

>boss with attitude

>strict boss (for company's sake)

I better chose the strict boss because it is one way of making yourself be mold and be firm.,

I will never chose a boss with so much attitude that he forgot the word "RESPECT" i would rather chose a job with low salary if ever.
