How far is performance assessment lead the decision for employee training?

Mr. Ibrahim, employee performance assessment helps a lot in highlighting the training need of employee. The weak point is the “right time” is missing. Though discussing one-to-one performance the employee and supervisor is in better position to highlight the need as it requires training or some other remedy for having expected performance.
