FINE QUESTION SIR,,,,,,, I BELIEVE & EXPERIENCED THAT PEOPLE WITH BETTER ADAPTABILTY SURVIVE LONG IN THE TUFF OR DIFFICULT SITUATIONS. I DO,NT KNOW WHY INTELLIGENT PEOPLE CAN,T COPE UP IN THE CHANGING SITUATION ? MAY BE THEY GO INTO TOO MUCH THINKING PROCESS AND AT THE END QUIT THE JOB,,,,
